We are health focused meal prep company. We prep every Sunday and Wednesday. Place your order online by following the order now process. Choose number of meals, select meals, delivery date and we’ll deliver your meals. Menu changes every 3-4weeks with over 12 meals to choose from.

Most meals will last 5 days from prep day as long as they are chilled. They can be frozen.

Chilled meals 2-3 minutes

Frozen meals 7-9 minutes

All meals are Halal and sourced from HMC suppliers.

Our ordering system will give you standard portion by default however you can select large meals for additional price. We don’t offer bespoke meal options

Our minimum order is 5 meals. As you increase volume our price reduces. Prices are fixed however we have regular offers for additional benefit

Yes, dietetic advice is available. You can book in 1:1 consultation through our website like. Rates are listed for specialist advice.

Our premises is not open to the public therefore collection is not available however we can offer delivery if you live within 4 miles radius to our base BB9 7XR
